Each home range has been architecturally designed for the modern Australian Lifestyle with all the desirable features that discerning home buyers are looking for at an affordable value for money price.
Stage 1: Pre-Deposit
This is the exciting stage! This stage involves meeting with your consultant who will help you pick your dream home design and cater to your desires with our selection of affordable upgrade packages.
Once you have chosen your home design and upgrades, your sales consultant will provide a formal tender complete will all costings and no nasty surprises!
Choosing a design can be overwhelming, that's why we have gone back to basics and created two simple ranges to help make the decision process easier.
Our Urban Range features contemporary double garage designs to suit blocks wider than 12.5m to 25m deep lots.
Our Metro Range features unique single garage designs to suit blocks between 10m to 11.5m wide.
New Living Homes also provides great options for House & Granny Flat designs, perfect for investors or families. These designs suit blocks from 15m wide.
Stage 2: Post-Deposit
Once you are have chosen your dream home design and inclusions you and your lender have accepted the new home tender agreement, a Home Building contract is prepared for you.
This is also when you get to pick the colours for your new home!
Making the decision process easier, our specialized team of interior designers have prepare 5 internal and 5 external colour schemes for you to pick from! This ensures that all your rooms match and you don't end up with odd colours.

Stage 3: Approval
Now that you have practically built your new house on paper, it all needs to be submitted to the relevant council or private certifier for approval.
This is to ensure all statutory requirements set by council and government have been satisfied.
Stage 4: Validation
It’s almost time to begin building!
but you must make sure you have home loan approval to begin. New Living Homes have partnered with Mortgage House who are able to provide you with a home loan that could save you thousands!
Mortgage House offers home loan products that are tailored to your needs and lifestyle. So once you've tailored your dream home with us, it's worth talking to them to see how much you can save!
Also in this stage, our experienced estimators will order the materials needed to build your new home and allocate to a site supervisor who will be consulting with you throughout the next stage.
Your Supervisor will be your eyes and ears keeping you updated throughout the entire build making sure your home is your dream home.
Stage 5: Build
Woohoo! It’s time to build your new home!
Your site supervisor will be responsible for the building process of your new home and will keep you informed every step of the way and answer all your construction related questions, arrange site visits and inspections with you.
Once the safety fence & site establishment is put up excavation will begin. After the land has been excavated the slab is poured and the frame and windows are put up!
Your house is starting to look like your dream home, the roof is completed and the bricks are stacked!
Your Kitchen and vanities are also installed in this stage however your kitchen appliances are installed in the next stage for security. Once the carpet and the driveway is finished we move into the next stage

Stage 6: Handover
Time to move in!
New Living Homes will arrange a walk through inspection of your new house with you and your supervisor to make sure everything is in check and as promised.
Your supervisor will provide you with your handover package which contains all essential documents you will need and most importantly your house keys!
Once this has been completed, your supervisor will arrange a time with you when your kitchen appliances can be installed.
