How to buy a House & Land Package!
Learn how to buy a house & land package with these 6 steps!
1. Select your New Home and Land Package
• Talk with our helpful sales team to select the best suited land lot for your budget and New Living Home.
2. Tailor your New Living Home
• Make those small changes to suit your needs for your New Living Home.
3. Secure your New Home and Land Package
• All you need is $2,500 as an initial holding fee. A land contract will be sent to your choice of solicitor or conveyancer within 7 days. Your New Living Home will start being planned and a deposit tender prepared and available for you to review.
4. Plans & Tender
• By the 3rd week your plans and tender will be presented to you, where you will have a nal chance to make any changes to your New Living Home before a building contract is prepared.
5. Building Contract
• By the 5th week the building contract is signed by you with the balance of 5% of the home price paid. (This is 5% less the $2,500 already paid)
6. Land Register & Construction
• By the 6th week you would need to have signed and exchanged on the land contract which will be up to 10% of the land price.
• The land registers and then New Living Homes will start the construction of your new home a short time after.
• During construction you will need to make progress payments to New Living Homes at certain stages of work.
